Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Lowell, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.

The work includes building a new gun range facility on an empty site, directly behind a new public works facility currently under construction. This involves a pre-engineered building that houses a training room, classroom, gun cleaning and showers. The site will be developed to include a 50 and 200 yard shooting ranges with built up berms around them. Included in that, are targeting equipment, lighting, a shade shelter and observation tower. All contractors and subcontractors listed in each bid must be properly licensed in the Town of Lowell as a condition of being awarded the project. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on bid forms contained in the Contract Documents. Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Town of Lowell or an acceptable Bid Bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana. Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price will be required.
