The River Authority is Seeking to Award a Contract(S) for the Following Professional Services or Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (Idiq) for Engineering Services: Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural. The awarded contracts will provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural Engineering services to support troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades across existing River Authority buildings, facilities, and parks. Anticipated tasks include performing load calculations, conducting energy audits, diagnosing HVAC issues, implementing irrigation and plumbing improvements, and completing life-safety assessments. The goods and/or services shall be accomplished per the solicitation documents, all applicable Laws and all exhibits and Attachments identified in the table of contents The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
