Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
The scope of this project will include the following: install 10'x7' underground box culvert storm drain from end of previous trunkline phase at Albin and Pike intersection to low water crossing. Additionally, the low water crossing will be raised with a new 7'x4' box culvert installed. The existing concrete channel will be demolished and the 7'x4' box culvert storm drain will be installed in its place. Pike Rd, from approximately Albin to just past the low water crossing, will be reconstructed with new storm sewer inlets, sidewalks and driveway approaches, with other related items. SAWS water line and sewer line relocations will be included with the work. CPS gas relocation is included also. Question Deadline 12/16/2025 at 4:00 PM CT Bidder/Respondent inquiry notifications to City and Consultant shall be made in writing at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the scheduled solicitation deadline. Respondent must submit questions concerning this solicitation through the CivCast website at https://www.civcastusa.com/bids
