*As of February 12, 2026, bids received for this bid package have been sent to the Owners for approval. The project as a whole, is scheduled to start in June 2026, and is expected to be completed in March 2028. JE Dunn is the Design-Build Construction Manager for the SAT Terminal C Parking Garage project. This solicitation is for award. The scope of work for this Bid Package 0 is relocation of FAA Communications Cabling that will enable construction activities related to the overall SAT upgrades. - Specifically, the scope of this work package includes installation of Copper and Fiber Optic Cabling and interduct in existing 4 inch conduit pathways, termination of the new cabling, and removal of some obsolete cabling. Airport Badging requirements will be in effect for this proposal. FAA Buy America requirements will be in effect for this proposal. The project is exempt from Sales Tax on permanent materials.
