Site work for a water / sewer project in Lebanon, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the surface preparation and painting of a 1.0-million-gallon elevated storage tank's interior and exterior. The tank to be painted is a toro-spherical steel bowl supported by steel legs. Additionally, the project includes the replacement of the cathodic protection system and other minor electrical work. All contract addenda will be posted to the online prior to the bid opening. Bidders should check the website regularly to stay updated on any changes to the project. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in the bid packet. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. All bids shall be properly signed by an authorized representative of the bidder. Warren County reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any irregularities in bids, and enter into a contract with the Bidder who in Warren County's consideration offered the lowest and best bid.
