The Town of Brentwood, New Hampshire is requesting proposals from licensed professional engineers experienced in site plan and subdivision planning to provide independent review and analysis of plans and associated technical elements. Services include the determination of compliance with state and local regulations, permitting, drainage design, water supply, stormwater management, utility design, mathematical checks, deed and easement data verification, soils designation, erosion control, landscaping, wetland delineation, geotechnical reviews, road design, traffic analysis, and development of engineering cost estimates for surety. The engineer will also advise on appropriate construction bonds, review bond estimates and incremental releases, and may be required to provide field engineering services such as site visits, written recommendations, attending public meetings, data collection, research, and interaction with state and federal agencies. Specialty licensed individuals should remain constant for continuity. The selected firm or principals will serve as the Town Engineer and may receive assignments from various town officials.
