Rockingham is seeking written proposals from qualified vendors to enter into a contract for a period of one year for the purpose of supplying services. The work includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform annual and quarterly testing and inspection at the Rockingham County Complex, Brentwood, NH. The systems to be covered include: - Eleven (11) wet sprinkler systems to be tested quarterly (starting with the 2nd quarter, 2026) in the following locations: Blaisdell Building and Elevator, Fernald Building and Elevator, Mitchell, Driscoll Building and Elevator, Underhill Building and Elevator, Fernald Annex, Water Treatment, Jail F-Block, G-Block Basement, Jail Boiler Room (total 4), and D-Block. - Six (6) dry sprinkler systems to be tested quarterly (starting with the 2nd quarter, 2026) in the following locations: Driscoll East Penthouse/Mitchell Attic, Driscoll West Penthouse, Underhill Attic, Carlisle Building, Horse Barn, and Biomass. Instructions to bidders: - Proposals may be submitted by hard copy (with two copies or one copy plus a thumb drive in a sealed envelope labeled "RFP - Fire Sprinkler Testing"), by email as a PDF attachment to the specified RFP email, or online via Public Purchase. - For email submissions, file attachments must not exceed 20 MB in total. Larger submissions should be split into multiple emails. A confirmation email will be sent within one business day. - Do not add the County’s email addresses to marketing or distribution lists. Alteration or modification of documents or proposal forms downloaded is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification. - All necessary information required to complete the submission is provided within the solicitation.
