Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform cleaning of air handlers, all ductwork, grilles, diffusers, heat recovery wheels, coils, and exhaust fans. Lined areas of ductwork must be cleaned using a vacuum, while all other ductwork is to be cleaned using a power brush and vacuum. Access panels should be cut into ductwork as needed, with covers fabricated two inches larger than the access hole, secured with screws, and sealed. All residual cleaning products and materials generated during the cleaning process must be removed by the provider. Proposals must provide unit pricing to clean all accessible interior portions of the equipment, air handlers, and associated duct at specified locations, to be reviewed during the mandatory site visit. Proposals can be submitted in hard copy (two copies or one copy with a thumb drive, sealed envelope labeled with the RFP title) or via email as a PDF attachment to the designated RFP submission email. Attachments must not exceed 20 MB in total; multiple emails may be sent if needed. Submissions to any other email addresses may result in disqualification.
