Contractor is responsible for verifying all quantities and dimensions and adjusting bid accordingly. The work includes, but is not limited to, proper removal of all existing fire sprinkler heads (upright, pendant, recessed pendant sidewall, etc.) and associated hardware (escutcheon plates, oops rings, etc.) and replacement with new, appropriate sprinkler heads and associated hardware; the removal of all existing gauges on the fire sprinkler systems and replacement of new, appropriate gauges; relabeling all valves on fire sprinkler systems. Work is to be performed at the Department of Developmental Services, Hogan Regional Center located at 450 Maple St Building 4HC, Hathorne, MA 01937.
