The City of Cranbrook is looking for a qualified contractor to supply and install new PRV components and piping in the PRV #4 building. This work will include the removal of the existing pressure-reducing infrastructure, which is coated in lead paint (See Supplemental D - Urban Systems Design Criteria, Appendix C: Englobe Pre-Renovation Hazardous Materials Report). The existing PRV has two branches, a 100mm diameter domestic flow branch and a 200mm fire flow branch, which will be upsized to 150mm and 250mm, respectively. Urban Systems will be the Engineer of Record (EOR) on this project and will also provide a Contract Administrator to the project during construction. The City is looking to enter a CCDC 2 - Stipulated Price contract with the successful proponent.
