This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for a General Contractor for the F629-00 Adanac Park Lodge Cooling Upgrade. Scope includes removal of the existing chiller and cooling tower, temporary demo of the mechanical room wall to facilitate chiller access, and installation of a replacement chiller. Structural upgrades to the roof will support a new adiabatic cooler, air source heat pump, and associated heat exchangers, all enclosed within a purpose-built acoustic enclosure.
