The contractor shall perform annual inspections on all fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, and jockey pumps at the Crow Service Unit, including Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Pryor Health Clinic, and Lodge Grass Health Clinic. The scope includes one annual inspection and fire pump test, including testing antifreeze solution and valves; three quarterly inspections to test supervisory switches and alarms at each location; and one complete annual inspection of the fire alarm system per NFPA-72 standards, covering initiating devices, notification devices, control panel functions, and auxiliary functions. Written documentation of all testing must be provided to the owner. Ancillary devices to be tested include remote annunciators, kitchen hood Ansul units, and digital dialers. Additional requirements include annual inspection and certification of 67 fire extinguishers, semi-annual inspection and certification of one kitchen hood fire suppression system, hands-on live fire training for 354 individuals, fire sprinkler inspection and pump testing for all three facilities, annual backflow testing at each location, and fire alarm monitoring services for all sites. The initial Period of Performance is intended to start February 1, 2026 through January 31, 2027.
