Renovation and expansion of the Crow/Northern Cheyenne healthcare facility through construction activities necessary to expand the Central Sterile Department (CSD), restore areas impacted by water damage, replace the existing Air Handling Unit (AHU) with a new rooftop HVAC unit (RTU), and complete associated facility upgrades. Work includes demolition and reconfiguration of adjacent office and support spaces; removal of existing walls, doors, ceilings, finishes, and utilities; construction of new walls and openings; relocation and modification of building systems; and installation of new architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components required to support the expanded CSD. The project also includes renovation and restoration of water-damaged areas; replacement of the existing AHU with a new rooftop HVAC system, including equipment removal, structural modifications, roofing work, utility connections, controls integration, ductwork and piping modifications, testing, balancing, startup, and commissioning; modifications to the Operating Room suite required for code compliance and hospital operations; and associated architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life-safety improvements necessary to complete the project. All previously identified mold and water-damaged drywall and flooring have been remediated. The anticipated construction period is 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Period of Performance is 365 calendar days from date of notice of proceed.
