Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Georgetown, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of December 12th, 2025, per Reny Keener, town manager, this project will have it's submittal date extended to 12/29/2025 at 4PM, this will be verified in a future addendum. Town of Georgetown, Floyd County, Indiana (the "Owner"), is requesting proposals from responsible respondents to provide Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) services in accordance with Indiana Code 5-32, as amended, for the Future Town Hall Project located at 1618 Canal Lane, Georgetown, IN 47122 (the "Project"). The Project is described in detail in the Request for Proposals for Construction Manager as Constructor Services for the Future Town Hall Project (the "RFP"). Valid proposals submitted must comply with all requirements outlined in the RFP, as determined at the sole discretion of the Owner and its evaluation committee. The Town of Georgetown expects to award the contract for Construction Manager as Constructor services at a Town Council meeting following the proposal review. The Town reserves the right to hold proposals for up to 60 days from the date of opening. The Town may, at its sole discretion, cancel the RFP process, reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, delay the opening, request new proposals, decline to accept the lowest proposal, and waive any irregularities, omissions, or informalities in any proposal or within the RFP process.
