Remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Diboll, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed proposals are requested to provide Construction Management at-Risk services for the Diboll ISD 2025 November Bond Projects, which consist of renovations and remodeling of the existing Junior High facilities. Proposals must include ten bound copies and one electronic copy on a thumb drive, submitted in hard copy form. The successful firm will enter into an Owner/Construction Manager Agreement (AIA Document A121/CMc-AGC Document 565, 1991 Edition, as modified), provide Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract price, and comply with all Federal, State, and local labor laws, including prevailing minimum wage rates. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or irregularity. Bidders agree to waive any claim against the Owner or Architect/Engineer related to proposal administration or evaluation. Selection is through a one-step process, using criteria such as vendor reputation, past relationship with the District, experience with similar projects, proposed price, safety record, references, change order history, job completion timeliness, proposed personnel, and financial stability. All questions regarding clarification or interpretation of the RFP will be submitted in writing by the Proposer and must be received by December 5, 2025 - 2PM CST.
