Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Greenville, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of December 29, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work consists of demolishing and cleaning up all building materials, personal effects, including foundation(s), building slab(s), and trees/foliage as needed. The contractor must also close out and remove wells, cisterns, and septic systems per Bond County, IL standards, rules, and regulations, backfill all excavations, and seed/straw the disturbed site. Bidders are required to provide a base bid for demolition, and a separate bid for asbestos removal (Option #1). An asbestos report is available for review. All laborers and workers must be paid no less than the prevailing wage as determined by the Illinois Prevailing Wage.
