Renovation of an educational facility in Evanston, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
The Board of Education of Evanston Township High School District 202 will accept sealed bids for the 2026 New East Roof Replacement. Each bidder must satisfactorily complete the qualification process described in the General Requirements section by providing the required qualification documents with their sealed bid. The qualification documents will be reviewed by the Owner and Architect to determine the lowest responsible bidder. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities in bidding. The Contract is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act. A 10% bid bond will be required. Contractors must comply with the Prevailing Wage Act. Minorities are encouraged to bid. It is the responsibility of each bidder to ensure that sealed bids are received in the Operations Office. Non-attendance at the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be grounds for rejection of bid. Subcontractors are encouraged, but not required, to attend.
