Separate and sealed proposals will be received by the West View Water Authority at their Distribution Center located at 2428 Rochester Road, Franklin Park Borough, Sewickley, PA 15143, until 10:00 A.M., prevailing time, on Monday, December 9, 2025, for LIQUID CHLORINE FOR THE NEVILLE ISLAND WATER TREATMENT PLANT. All bids must be submitted on Proposal forms provided by the Authority. Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond or certified check made out to the West View Water Authority in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total proposal, as evidence that the bidder will accept and comply with the contract conditions if awarded. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities and reject any or all bids.
