Questions Due Date: Jan 2nd 2026, 5:00 PM MST All questions must be submitted through the Procurement portal on the Public Q&A tab Springville City is accepting proposals from qualified Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms interested in submitting qualifications and costs for the construction management and general contracting of the roof repair and associated renovation work to the Springville Museum of Art. Springville City will not be liable for any costs proposers may incur in the preparation or presentation of this proposal. Springville City reserves the right to cancel or modify this solicitation at any time it deems necessary, in its sole discretion that such measures are in the City's best interest. All provisions of the agreement must be in compliance with established State and Local laws and ordinances of the State of Utah and its political subdivisions.
