Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a mixed-use development in Woodburn, Oregon. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; one-story above grade swimming pool; and one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
The project consists of a new single-story admin/reception area, locker room, fitness center, multipurpose space, kitchen, and ancillary support spaces, as well as a remodel of the existing aquatic facility. Triplett Wellman Inc., acting as the CM/GC for this project, intends to submit self-performed bids for the following scopes: selective demolition, concrete, and miscellaneous carpentry. Faxed or email bids will be accepted. Bids shall remain in effect for seventy-five (75) days from the bid date. Questions regarding the bid shall be in writing and directed to Triplett Wellman, Inc. All bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the site conditions. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site. Last day for questions and substitution requests shall be specified. Construction documents may be examined at the offices of Triplett Wellman, Inc or via their Sharefile site, and will also be available at specified plan centers. This project is a prevailing wage project and shall follow BOLI rates of pay. All bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board and have secured a Public Works Bond.
