The City of Richmond Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide as-needed pneumatic delivery and placement of mulch and related landscape products for City parks, medians, right-of-ways, open spaces, and other public landscapes. The selected contractor(s) will furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to deliver and pneumatically apply specified landscape products, including but not limited to mulch, compost, soil amendments, and playground engineered wood fiber (EWF). This RFP describes the required scope of services, the selection process, and the proposal submission requirements. The contract term will be three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods by mutual agreement.
