The project includes construction of a 250,000 gallon water storage tank (pre-stressed concrete or factory-coated bolted steel (glass-lined)), reconstruction of the access road, modifications to existing yard piping, associated appurtenances, and demolition of the existing 65,000 gallon welded steel water storage tank in the River Point area of Grainger County. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder based upon the base bid. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the instructions to bidders. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to let a contract in whole or part and to waive formalities. Any bid that is obviously unbalanced may be rejected. Plans purchased by one party and bid by another party will not be accepted.
