The Corporation of the County of Lanark is seeking to engage a consultant to update the County's Housing and Homeless Plan. To meet Ministry requirements, the new plan must be submitted by May 29, 2026. To achieve this deadline a report to the Community Services Committee is required on May 13, 2026 with final Council approval on May 27, 2026. The draft plan is due mid April 2026 for review by Social Services management. For specific deliverables please refer to Appendix D - Section A of the attached RFP.
