The Town of Smiths Falls is seeking quotations from qualified roofing contractors to repair and replace the existing roof of the Town Hall, a municipally designated heritage building. The scope of work includes the complete removal of existing roofing materials and replacement with either asphalt shingles or a concealed-fastener metal roof system.
