Site work, paving, new construction, renovation and addition to an educational facility in Saginaw, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a one-story above grade educational facility; one-story above grade educational facility; and 111,478-square-foot educational facility.
New construction field house, ag shop addition to the main building, scene shop addition to the main building, and locker removal in the main building. Pogue Construction, as Construction Manager at Risk, will receive bids for construction subcontracts for Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD Saginaw High School Additions and Renovations Early Release GMP Package. Bids must be on a lump sum basis and include the appropriate bid packages and proposal forms. All bid packages, electronic drawings, and specifications are available via login at Building Connected or for free by visiting the Pogue Construction website. Bidders must submit a completed bid package and bid proposal form as found in the Bid Packages folder on the Pogue Construction website. Pogue Construction reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive technicalities, advertise for new proposals, or proceed to do the work by other means, as deemed in the best interest of Eagle Mountain-Saginaw ISD and Pogue Construction. No bidder may withdraw its Proposal within ninety (90) calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids will be received by mail, hand delivery, or email until the specified deadline.
