Site work for a water / sewer project in Brockway, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project involves the drilling, developing, and testing of Final Well #3 as a municipal supply well. Major bid items include 80 vertical feet of pilot hole with formation collection, 60 vertical feet of drill drive, removal of 30-inch OD temporary starter casing, furnishing and installing 24-inch OD casing for 60 vertical feet, 135 cubic feet of grout for the 24-inch casing, placing 80 vertical feet of observation pipe and gravel pack, and abandoning 3 test wells. The associated pumphouse, treatment facility, and distribution mains will be bid and constructed in subsequent projects. QA date - 12-11-2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
