Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Brockway, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. Facsimiles of bids will not be accepted. Bids from local contractors are encouraged. Roadway Pavement Markings, Curbs, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Storm Drain and Paving, Street/Road Pavement Marking, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) The Work generally consists of the following: Construction of Golden Eagle Street including HMA paving, curb & gutter, sidewalk and storm sewer. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
