This project involves the drilling, developing, and testing of Final Well #3 as a municipal supply well. Work includes drilling an 80 vertical foot pilot hole with formation collection, 60 vertical feet of drill drive, removal of 30 inch OD temporary starter casing, furnishing and installation of 60 vertical feet of 24-inch OD casing, grouting 135 cubic feet for the 24-inch casing, placing 80 vertical feet of observation pipe and gravel pack, and abandoning 3 test wells. The associated pumphouse, treatment facility and distribution mains are not included in this contract and will be addressed in subsequent projects.
