The project consists of a new approximately 17,800 square foot Little Chute Fire Department building primarily consisting of an administrative area, apparatus bay, and two mezzanines. Individual lump sum contracts are invited for building cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, masonry, steel fabrication and erection, general trades, fluid applied air barrier, metal wall panels, roofing, overhead doors, aluminum windows, entrances, glass glazing, gypsum board systems, tile, suspended acoustical ceiling, resilient flooring, base and carpet, fluid-applied flooring, painting, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, earthwork, asphalt paving, site concrete, fencing, seeding and landscaping, and site utilities. Miron Construction Co., Inc. will serve solely as the Construction Manager and will not self-perform any work on the project. Bidders must follow all instructions and provide the required attachments via QuestCDN.com, using the provided Bid Forms from the Contract Documents. All bidding documents are to be obtained through QuestCDN, with electronic bids only being accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond of not less than 5% of the maximum bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities, or accept the bid that best serves the interest of the Village of Little Chute. No bid may be withdrawn for 60 days after the scheduled opening without Owner consent.
