Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Little Chute, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

Work shall include the furnishing of all materials, equipment and labor to raze all buildings, remove foundations and appurtenances, paved surfaces (driveways, patios, walkways, etc.), backfilling, site restoration and proper disposal of such materials. Building and foundations are presented "as is" except as noted under Site and Property Descriptions, and the Village does not warrant condition or contents. All asbestos that is found shall be removed in compliance with state and federal laws. Asbestos reports have been completed and are attached. Lead paint remediation shall be the responsibility of the contractor. Razing shall be in compliance with Chapter 8-29 of the Little Chute Municipal Code. All Bids shall follow the bidding instructions, including providing all attachments required, on QuestCDN.com. Bids shall be sealed and shall have the name and address of the Bidder and the Contract for which the Bid is being submitted on the outside of the envelope. All Bidders shall Bid in accordance with and upon the Bid Forms included in the Contract Documents. No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Village of Little Chute in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any informalities in Bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids which best serves the interests of the Village of Little Chute. No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60-days after the scheduled opening without the consent of the Owner. The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 66.0901, 66.0903 and 779.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
