Site Directions: 715, 719 & 723 Depot Street Bids shall be sealed and shall have the name and address of the Bidder and the Contract for which the Bid is being submitted on the outside of the envelope. BID SECURITY - No Bid shall be received unless accompanied by a Certified Check or satisfactory Bid Bond payable to the Village of Little Chute in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid as a guarantee that, if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance/Payment Bonds and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents, within 15-days after the Notice of Award. Description: Raze structures located at 715, 719 & 723 Depot Street. All work under this project shall be included as a single, complete unit of work and shall be paid at the lump sum price bid on the proposal. The lump sum bid shall include all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to raze the buildings, remove foundations, dispose of excess materials, disconnect utilities, backfilling, restoration, and furnishing all incidentals necessary to complete the project. Payment will be provided upon Village satisfactory completion of the site restoration and vegetation establishment. Additional Description: LATERAL ABANDONMENT (WATER, SANITARY AND STORM) Contractor shall abandon all public utility laterals (water, sanitary and storm) from the principal structure to the public main in Depot Street. Work shall be coordinated with staff and to follow Village construction standards for abandonment of these laterals.
