Site work for a mixed-use development in Greenfield, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel; one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.

The construction includes approximately 0.58 miles of asphalt shared use path, a pedestrian bridge over the Root River, curb ramp construction, permanent marking and signing, storm sewer, and restoration. The Project is federally funded and federal wage rates apply. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal is discretionary. Bidder must be prepared to perform at least 30 percent of the original contract amount with their own organization, defined as workers directly employed and paid by Bidder, and equipment owned or rented by Bidder. Bidder must comply with all state and federal statutes relating to non discrimination in employment and agree to ensure equal opportunity employment to all applicants and employees, taking affirmative action to attain a representative workforce. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, waive any technicality, and accept any Bid deemed advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award is based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
