The Turf Skatepark Shelter project involves the construction of a new park shelter that includes two restrooms, a storage room, a canteen, and an open pavilion. The structure will feature CMU walls, wood trusses, and a concrete slab on grade. The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are fully engineered. The project scope covers categories such as water utilities, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, concrete formed flatwork foundation, roofing, siding installation and repair, excavation, electrical work, sitework excavating and grading, masonry construction and restoration, miscellaneous work, and landscaping. Bidders are instructed that there is a non-mandatory pre-bid walk through on site. Digital plan documents can be downloaded through Quest or obtained from Moore Construction Services.
