The project consists of the reconstruction of approximately 3,650 linear feet of road on W. Plainfield Avenue between S. 92nd St and S. 90th St, also including S. 91st Pl, S. 91st St, and S. 90th St. Major work items and approximate quantities include: 9,600 cubic yards of common excavation, 3,200 tons of asphalt pavement, 10,050 tons of base aggregate dense, 6,975 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 2,200 square yards of concrete driveway, 300 square feet of concrete sidewalk, 400 linear feet of RCP storm sewer, 2,940 linear feet of electrical conduit, 8,820 linear feet of #8 AWG wiring, 10 light pole assemblies, 1 hydrant alteration, and 4,700 square yards of lawn restoration. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, payable to the City of Greenfield, in the amount of five percent of the bid. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 90 days after the date of the bid opening.
