Site work for a water / sewer project in St Charles, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Removal and replacement of brine pumps, controls, flowmeter, existing piping, and all associated construction for connection to existing pipe and panels. All construction will take place in or near Campton Hills, IL. Any bid submittal shall be accompanied by a certified check, cash or bid bond, or an acceptable form of Proposal Guaranty in an amount equal to 5% of the Proposal amount, payable to the Order of the Wasco Sanitary District. Any contract awarded under this Invitation for Bids will require performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Question Deadline 12/12/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
