Reference number: 20107291 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-12-11 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender: no Electronic tender submission accepted: Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 36 Contract title: On-demand structured cabling service Sante Quebec, acting through the Centre integre de sante et de services sociaux de l'Abitibi-Temiscamingue, is issuing a public call for tenders for structured computer cabling and fibre optic installation work over a period of 12 to 36 months. This work, which is generally minor in nature, is frequently requested on a daily basis and is referred to as "tickets." This structured computer cabling work will be supervised by the Information Resources Department (DRI) for all of its facilities located in the five (5) identified areas: 1 - Amos, 2 - La Sarre, 3 - Rouyn-Noranda, 4 - Temiscamingue and 5 - Val-d'Or. The public body is seeking skilled workers with valid competency cards to carry out this work. The contractor's employees will be hired on an hourly basis and will be supervised by the public body. The contract shall come into effect on the date of signature for a maximum potential term of THIRTY-SIX (36) months. The maximum contract amount is set at $1,800,000 over 36 months for all requests for performance by all qualified bidders under this call for tenders. The call for tenders is for the entire territory. It is not possible to bid on only part of the territory. All bidders must submit prices for all sites and must commit to performing the work on all these sites without exception. All requests for equivalence must be submitted to the public body at least SEVEN (7) working days before the deadline for receipt of Submissions. The request must be sufficiently documented to enable the public body to evaluate it. Only equivalencies that have been authorized by Addenda will be considered by the public body when assessing the compliance of Submissions.
