Site work and outdoor lighting for a road / highway in Fairburn, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

The city of Fairburn, Georgia is accepting proposals for the services. All infrastructure materials for the project will be provided by the city of Fairburn. The contractor will provide all labor, safety equipment, tools, and supervision to accomplish the contracted tasks. Questions of a technical nature should be submitted electronically online portal. The last day that questions can be submitted is December 05, 2025, at 1:00pm. All questions must be submitted in online portal. No questions will be answered verbally. The Successful Bidder shall also be required to furnish a Maintenance Bond, in the amount of one-third (1/3) of the contract price, guaranteeing the repair or replacement caused by defective workmanship or materials for a period of one (1) year from the completion of construction. All three (3) phase and single phase (1) poles on Fayetteville Road will be replaced from East Broad Street to the end of the circuit ending at 530 Fayetteville Road. All used corresponding hardware, wire and pole cuts will be returned to 106 Howell Avenue for survey and disposal. All new pole construction will be vertical. All conductors will be 336 ACSR, and 4/0 ACSR neutral. Existing conductors smaller than 336 ACSR or 4/0 ACSR will be removed and replaced. The awarded contractor will remove and re-install all new fiberglass standoff arms, to the new poles and all porcelain will be replaced with polymer insulators. All serviceable transformers will be transferred. All work will be inspected by Electric Cities of Georgia Engineering, as well as the City of Fairburn Power Department for compliance to job specifications. The Superintendent of Power for the City will assign all hot line tags. Any addendums to the issued drawings will be submitted though the Electric Cities of Georgia Engineering Department for consideration. All work will be performed in the safest possible manner, and eveiy reasonable effort will be made to provide and maintain a safe work area for our customers. All customers in the project area will be informed by the awarded contractor as to any service interruptions 1 (one) day prior. Qualified electric distribution workers will perform all the work. The contractor will provide all labor, safety equipment, tools, and supervision to accomplish the contracted tasks. All infrastructure materials for the project will be provided by the City of Fairburn
