Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Spokane, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.
Install traffic signals at the Division/Pacific and Browne/Pacific intersections. Stripe bike lanes between Browne and Division. Install wayfinding signage and marking. Install bump-outs at select intersections and improve lighting. As of December 2, 2025, this project is included in the City's 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Further information regarding a design firm and timeline for construction has not yet been established. Funding is allotted for FY 2026 and 2027. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
