CUY-CR232 PID No. 120703 City of Lakewood The services include Construction Inspection and Construction Administration services for the improvements on Bunts Road between Lakewood Heights Boulevard and Clifton Boulevard in the City of Lakewood with a project length of approximately 7,623 feet. Project work is to be completed in two phases: Phase 1 - Lakewood Hights Boulevard to Franklin Boulevard and Phase 2 - Franklin Boulevard to Clifton Boulevard. Estimated Construction Cost: $21,844,000.00 Prequalification Requirements for This Agreement Are Listed Below. For All Prequalification Categories Other Than Financial Management System Evaluation the Requirement May Be Met by the Prime Consultant or a Subconsultant. It is anticipated that the selected Consultant will be authorized to proceed by February 2026. The bid opening for the project is expected in January of 2026. The anticipated start date for the Contractor is March 2026. Construction is to be completed by October of 2028. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
