Furnish all labor, material, engineering support, and programming for a new Web Based Energy Management & Control System for the Brandon Library. Questions should be directed to Engineering Resource Group (ERG). Should a Bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from the plans and specifications, or be in doubt as to their meaning, the Bidder should immediately notify ERG in writing. Engineering Resource Group (ERG) will send written instruction(s) or interpretation(s) to all known holders of the documents.
