Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lewiston, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The work will be accomplished through multiple prime contracts with Lewiston-Altura Public Schools, with InGensa, Inc. acting as the Project Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Labor and material bid categories: Bid CAT#1: Sitework/Earthwork/Utilities; Bid CAT#2: General Construction: (Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel Supply & Erection, Carpentry, Casework, Metal Wall Panels, Doors, Frames & Hardware, Sectional/Accordion Doors, Aluminum Glass & Glazing, Window Treatments, Gypsum Board, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings & Treatments, Insulation, Window Shades, Lockers, Painting, Flooring, Laboratory Equipment, Gym Equipment); Bid CAT#3: Built-up Asphalt & EPDM Roofing and Flashing; Bid CAT#4: Mechanica (Plumbing, HVAC, Mechanical Insulation, Fire Suppression); Bid CAT#5: Temperature Controls; Bid CAT#6: HVAC Testing & Balancing; Bid CAT#7: Electrical & Low Voltage. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or corporate surety bond in an amount equal to five (5%) percent of the base bid, as bid security. If awarded a contract, each successful Bidder shall be required to furnish both Performance and Payment Bonds covering faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising under such contract. Such bonds shall be the latest edition of the AIA Document A312/CM, in the amount equal to 100% payment. If the contract is less than $75,000 an irrevocable Letter of Credit from a financial institution will be acceptable under the same terms and conditions of Performance & Payment Bonds. Lewiston-Altura Public Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding.
