The City of Wilsonville seeks an experienced and qualified street sweeping contractor to provide monthly sweeping of all City streets (179 lane miles), an additional monthly sweep of the Wilsonville Road, Boeckman Road, Town Center Loop and Canyon Creek bike lanes (an additional 17.69 miles per month), quarterly sweeping of nine City parking lots (approximately 527,565 square feet), and twice a year sweeping of Public Works and Fleet Maintenance yards (approximately 179,014 square feet). The contractor is responsible for the disposal of all materials collected, with Wilsonville generating an average of 45 tons per month (540 tons annually) of street sweeping debris. Proposers shall identify their proposed disposal method and anticipated unit cost for disposal of materials collected, specify the disposal facility, and any proposed additional nominal fees for disposal. The contractor is responsible for all disposals of debris collected from sweeping services, with the cost of disposal being the pass-through cost at an approved location plus any fixed percentage handling fee.
