Major components of the Work include: Existing dock removal, steel sheet piling, aggregate backfill, concrete beams, concrete decking, electrical conduit, sanitary forcemain, potable water piping, electrical receptacles, floating docks, gangways, and recreational amenities. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. The City of Ranier reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Ranier. This Geotechnical Data Report (GDR) addresses the subsurface conditions encountered in the vicinity of the proposed new marina at the Ranier Public Access in Ranier, Minnesota. The public access is located at 3475 Finstad Lane. The proposed marina will include a dock extending about 250 feet out into the lake adjacent the existing access with a 250-foot length T at the end of the dock. Question Deadline 01/02/2026
