Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade sidewalk / parking lot; one-story above grade road / highway; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals will be received for furnishing all labor, materials, use of contractor's equipment, plant, and all else necessary to construct properly all improvements within the project designated as SANITARY & IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 354 OF SARPY COUNTY, NEBRASKA, SUNSET MEADOWS SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER, PAVING, WATER MAIN, AND POWER DUCTS - SECTION 3. The extent of the work consists of the construction or other effectuation of the following items and other related preparatory and subsidiary work: mobilization/demobilization, clearing and grubbing, construction of pipe plugs, aggregate bedding for various pipe sizes and types, construction of PVC sanitary sewer pipes, construction of sanitary manholes and adjustments, installation of external frame seals, pipe cleaning, installation of erosion control and pollution prevention measures, excavation, trench stabilization, construction of reinforced concrete pipes (RCP) in varying diameters, and construction of pipe culverts, among other infrastructure work.
