Acting as the Construction Manager for the City of Omaha Millwork Parking Garage project in Omaha, NE, Sampson Construction invites you to submit a bid for Bid Package 4 - Construction Documents Package. The project includes construction of a new 5 story, 600 car parking garage with retail space on first floor. Bid Package 4 scope of work includes post-tension concrete structure, masonry, structural/misc. steel, precast/steel erection, carpentry, traffic coatings, water repellants, insulation, roofing, joint sealants, expansion joints, frames/doors/hardware, coiling door, drywall, tiling, flooring, painting, coatings, signage, specialties, striping, earthwork, fencing, site furnishings, landscaping, and irrigation. The Owner and the Construction Manager shall have the right to reject any or all bids, which are in any way incomplete or irregular, and to waive any informality in any proposal. All bids shall remain in effect for forty-five (45) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
