The Construction Manager will conduct a Pre-Bid Meeting on a date & time which is yet to be determined. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Renovation and addition to an existing one-story elementary school. The addition will be approximately 10,000 sf to bring the final building foot print to be 54,134 gross square feet. The building is classified as an Assembly and Education occupancy. The major structural system is a combination of structural steel and precast concrete wall panels. The building and site will not be occupied during the duration of construction.
