Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Longview, Washington. Working plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
CCS - A Division of PNE Co. ("CCS") is pleased to provide you with the following hydro demolition proposal for Granite. Perform hydro demolition on Approx 1779 square yds to a depth of 2" as stated Provide crew, Hydro Demolition Robot, and hydro blaster. Provide vacuum truck and Labor Provide water recycling unit Supply a hydro demolition robot and hydro pump necessary to perform the above work. Provide chipping guns and crew to chip Provide deck Wash after Hydro demo with 10k Pressure washers Provide trained employees to operate the above equipment, including per-diem and lodging. Provide all necessary hoses from the pump to the robot and power cords from the generator to the robot. Provide a generator to supply electricity to the robot. CCS is working solely at the direction of Prime representatives and assumes Prime has verified that the activities in this scope of work comply with all necessary engineering, permitting and all applicable laws and regulations, including (without limitation) the permitting and regulatory requirements of all applicable jurisdictions. Work will commence on a mutually agreed upon schedule. 3. Prime will provide all required permits at no cost to CCS. Prime will provide sufficient water source to the hydro blast pump at all times during hydro demolition. All utilities, utility services needed, and hook-ups to be provided by Prime at no cost to CCS. Prime will provide CCS with free and clear access to work areas at all times during the project. Any delays or waiting time of longer than 15 minutes in any hour that is beyond the direct control of CCS will be billed at a standby fee of $600.00 per hour. 6 All specified depths of removal are approximate only and therefore actual depths may vary depending on the existing concrete condition. The robot will be initially calibrated on a known section of good concrete and the parameters will be recorded. CCS is not responsible for unknown variability of concrete density or strength including, without limitation, delaminated concrete or other latent conditions. Variation may result in the machine removing more or less than the requested depth in some areas. If materially more operation of the machine is required because of the density or strength, CCS will be entitled to a change order at CCS's standard rates. CCS is not responsible for any containment, analysis or disposal of process waters or waste generated during or resulting from the course of its work. Prime will provide removal of solid hydro demolition debris as CCS is conducting its work to provide clear access, free from accumulated debris at the work areas. CCS's objective is to conduct a safe, professional, productive project which meets or exceeds Primes project goals. All work will be performed in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations, with a special emphasis placed on safety and protection to the environment.
