Demolition for an educational facility in Asheville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services incidental and implied for completion of the Asheville High School Demolition of Old Grounds Shop project. Site visits are mandatory and must be scheduled as specified. Written questions are due 3 business days prior to the proposal deadline. All proposals must be submitted in a fully sealed package, referencing RFP# 148-MAINT-048, and must include identification of HUB Certified/Minority Business Participation, as well as the applicable affidavit. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience with similar projects, proposer ability, and cost. Asheville City Schools reserves the right to reject all offers. ***Site Visits are mandatory and may be scheduled by contacting Tim Shelton, ACS Maintenance Director, at (828) 713-6430.
