Description

Renovation of a swimming pool in San Jose, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade swimming pool.

The District is seeking to prequalify Design-Build Entities ("DBEs") or design-build teams to submit Statement of Qualification ("SOQ") for the design and construction of the District's Districtwide (DW) Swimming Pool Improvements Project at Andrew Hill, Evergreen Valley, and Oak Grove High Schools. The top three DBE Respondents that are prequalified in response to this RFQ will be eligible to submit proposals for the subsequent RFP for the Project, in which the District will partner with one DBE team to provide improvements to aquatic facilities at three sites. The expected cost of the Project, including all design and construction phase services, is estimated to be Nineteen Million Dollars ($19,000,000). The project will be completed under the District's Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
