A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Facilities Planning & Management of Ball State University will solicit and interview prospective Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) firms for the Village Development - Event Plaza and Martin Street Improvements projects. The Village Development - Events Plaza is a new central gathering place designed to serve both the Ball State community and the larger Muncie community. The Martin Street Improvements project aims to re-imagine a one-block section of Martin Street to improve the connection between the campus, the Village, and the Event Plaza. The Construction Manager as Constructor will provide preconstruction services, cost estimating, and coordinate/manage the construction of these two projects in collaboration with the University and the design team. Instructions for proposal submission include sending digital copies to the specified Senior Purchasing Agent at Ball State University, and Request for Proposal documents are obtainable from the University's purchasing public works webpage. The following is an overview of the anticipated project. It is not intended to be a comprehensive list of all items of work.
